Thanks for writing this, I really enjoyed the point about the user experience delta between current vertical Saas solutions and consumer software - really seems like a great opportunity for new vertical SaaS companies to jump on. One thing I was curious about was the inclusion of Etsy in the Consumer Products/Retail section of your Vertical Saas Landscape map - seems to be more of a marketplace so was just hoping to get your thoughts there.
